Working with Rachel was such a great experience. I really felt like she went above and beyond to ensure the best trip possible. Any time I had questions, she made sure that she got answers for me as quickly as possible. When circumstances changed, and I was considering changing my flight arrangements she ran all the variables to give me the best outcome. When my flight back to the States was unexpectedly canceled, she notified me before the airline did and gave me the options I needed to get back home.
